Josh Patterson is an athlete, model, former professional sportsman, TV personality, Health and Fitness influencer, public speaker and passionate mental health campaigner. Josh made his name originally by starring in hit reality show 'Made in Chelsea', including spin-off series ‘Made in Chelsea: LA’ and the 2-part documentary ‘Born In Chelsea’ which was aired on E4. This documented the journey to introducing his baby, India, to the world. Josh has been concentrating on building his 'Limitless' podcast series focusing on people and the adversity they face, and how they have utilised fitness to overcome it. The limitless podcast was immediately chosen by apple to be put on their featured list and went straight to number one in the uk almost immediately. It was also selected by apple as one of the top apple podcasts of 2019. The latest season has further gained notifiable traction with major brands sponsoring the podcast, such as sweaty Betty and Vitabiotics!

With an active and ever increasing social media base, Josh has fast become a sought after target for many brands. As well as having been an ambassador for Adidas, Josh has also worked on several health and fitness campaigns, including ‘The Iconic Collection’ for Bjorn Borg, Nike, Decent and was also named as the face of Burton's new sportswear brand 'HIIT', appearing in all the Burton stores around the UK & Ireland. Josh has stepped up his passion for endurance based challenges having become the first able bodied male to do the Berlin marathon in a wheelchair. Shortly after, Josh made history, travelling from John O'Groats to Lands End (900 miles) in the wheelchair, setting a new world record (beating the previous record by 3 whole days)
