Biography
TikTok sensation Tracey, more commonly known as “The Legal Queen” began her career in law over 25 years ago. She began working as a legal secretary at a criminal law firm before turning her efforts to obtaining a law degree and going on to work as a Barrister. Tracey currently runs her own family law firm specialising in lots of practice areas such as divorce, property division and child arrangements. Never one to sit still, about 4 years ago, Tracey began answering common questions about law on social media. What started off as a medium to help people seeking free legal advice, has gone from viral strength to strength. Tracey’s audience continues to grow, currently 650K+ on TikTok and 260K+ on Instagram.
For the last year, Tracey has regularly featured on BBC Radio 4’s The Law Show. In early 2025, Tracey was a guest on the Made by Mamma's Podcast answering viewer questions on everything from home ownership to grandparent access. Tracey was also a guest on Sophie and Jamie Laing’s Newlyweds Podcast in 2024 discussing pre-nups, post-nups and everything in between!
In her spare time, Tracey can often be found spending time with her family, including her three Miniature Dachshunds and Shih Tzu.
