Starting out in the Talent business as an assistant at Peters Fraser and Dunlop too many years ago for Becca to disclose, she moved on to set up the talent division of Stuart Higgins Communications.

On the back of working at these two hugely successful businesses, learning a multitude of skill sets at both, Becca launched BBM in 2007 and now enjoys running the team at both BBM and Next Chapter Digital. Extremely proud of her trailblazing, high-energy, creative, loyal and dedicated team she's keen to make sure her entire client list are doing what they love and keep that passion alight for longevity and enjoyment of their careers.

Outside of the 9-5 Coco the whippet keeps Becca on her toes as well as dining, champers, travel and pals.

Joining the team in 2023, Ashleigh-Louise has over five years of experience in the entertainment industry.

Following many years of professional training in Musical Theatre, Ashleigh-Louise worked extensively as an Agent representing over 100 clients in the Television, Film & Theatre industry. Ashleigh is also a skilled Personal Assistant, having supported businesses and individuals from an array of backgrounds with the smooth running of their daily lives.

Ashleigh-Louise is passionate about enhancing the lives and careers of individuals, whilst nurturing personal relationships. 

In her spare time she enjoys working out, travelling, exploring London’s restaurant scene, and is partial to a Lychee Martini or two!

Vicky joined BBM in 2020 from a background in influencer marketing. Specifically working in house for brands implementing and managing their influencer strategies. Her previous experience includes running influencer campaigns, managing social media channels, pr and content creation. Now, she is hugely passionate about working with BBM talent and helping them accomplish their goals. She loves hitting the gym or finding the closest beach for some cocktails.

Joining the BBM team in 2016, Dru has over 10 years of experience in the entertainment and sports industry. 

Dru started out as a personal assistant and quickly became a talent manager for some of the biggest sporting stars in football.

Her experience includes working on a diverse selection of brand collaborations, broadcasting opportunities and book deals, however, Dru is passionate about developing the longevity of the clients she works with and enjoys looking at ways they can expand their interests away from mainstream media. Dru's main passions include fitness and travel with an unmatched addiction to coffee!

In 2023, Alexandra became part of our team, bringing with her a variety of experience in Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining, she successfully operated her own sportswear brand, acquiring invaluable skills that she now applies when consulting other brands on achieving business growth.

Her diverse skill set encompasses content creation, client relationship management, as well as digital marketing and sales strategies. Ale possesses a genuine passion for engaging with people and an innate ability to swiftly grasp their unique needs. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in traveling, indulging in tennis, and being near the sea.
