Becca Barr
Starting out in the Talent business as an assistant at Peters Fraser and Dunlop too many years ago for Becca to disclose, she moved on to set up the talent division of Stuart Higgins Communications.
On the back of working at these two hugely successful businesses, learning a multitude of skill sets at both, Becca launched BBM in 2007 and now enjoys running the team at both BBM and Next Chapter Digital. Extremely proud of her trailblazing, high-energy, creative, loyal and dedicated team she's keen to make sure her entire client list are doing what they love and keep that passion alight for longevity and enjoyment of their careers.
Outside of the 9-5 Coco the whippet keeps Becca on her toes as well as dining, champers, travel and pals.

Ashleigh-Louise Elliott
Joining the team in 2023, Ashleigh-Louise has over five years of experience in the entertainment industry.
Following many years of professional training in Musical Theatre, Ashleigh-Louise worked extensively as an Agent representing over 100 clients in the Television, Film & Theatre industry. Ashleigh is also a skilled Personal Assistant, having supported businesses and individuals from an array of backgrounds with the smooth running of their daily lives.
Ashleigh-Louise is passionate about enhancing the lives and careers of individuals, whilst nurturing personal relationships.
In her spare time she enjoys working out, travelling, exploring London’s restaurant scene, and is partial to a Lychee Martini or two!

Vicky Chilver
Vicky joined BBM in 2020 from a background in influencer marketing. Specifically working in house for brands implementing and managing their influencer strategies. Her previous experience includes running influencer campaigns, managing social media channels, pr and content creation. Now, she is hugely passionate about working with BBM talent and helping them accomplish their goals. She loves hitting the gym or finding the closest beach for some cocktails.

Maffy Santos
Originally from Portugal, Maffy brings a vibrant passion for the arts and a diverse skill set to her role. With a strong foundation in Musical Theatre, complemented by a background in dance, she possesses a deep appreciation for the creative industry.
Previously, Maffy worked as an assistant at Curtis Brown, where she gained invaluable experience in talent representation and solidified her commitment to supporting artists as they navigate their careers.
Now at BBM, she leverages her unique blend of artistic insight and professional experience to assist the team. Maffy is dedicated to fostering strong relationships within the industry and helping elevate the voices of talented creators.
When she's not working, Maffy can be found tending to her many plants, diving into a new book, or discovering exciting vegan dishes to try!
