Biography
Jaz Rabadia MBE - Jaz is a sustainability and responsible business leader with over 20 years experience working at the intersection of environmental impact and commercial performance. She began her career on the shop floor at Sainsbury’s, before moving into their energy and sustainability team at a time when the field was still emerging.
She has since held senior leadership roles across global organisations including Starbucks, WeWork and Just Eat Takeaway.com, where she has led on sustainability strategy, climate action and embedding responsible business practices at scale. Jaz currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of FTSE 250 company 4imprint plc, contributing to governance, strategy and ESG oversight and also works as an ESG advisor.
Her work spans areas including climate strategy, energy management, supply chain responsibility and corporate reporting and she has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory and stakeholder environments. She is a Chartered Energy Manager and a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
Jaz has been recognised for her contribution to sustainability and diversity in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) field and was awarded an MBE in 2015. She was a recipient of the Women of the Year 2025 Pioneering Woman Award and has been recognised as a Distinguished STEM Alumna by City St George’s, University of London.
