Biography

Tskenya-Sarah Frazer is an award-winning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) specialist, community leader, broadcaster, and author with a strong track record of driving social change and improving social mobility. Over the past decade, she has implemented equitable and sustainable practices across various organisations, focusing on fostering inclusive cultures and diverse teams.

She authored the first book highlighting Black British businesses, a project that gained national attention and led to her winning a Pride of Britain Award in 2023 for her work in community building, fundraising, and championing social equity.​

​

As a broadcaster, Tskenya-Sarah has appeared on BBC Radio London and BBC Radio 1, using radio as a platform to explore identity, community, and lived experiences. Her work in broadcasting is rooted in empathy, honesty, and a commitment to ensuring people feel seen and heard.​

​

In her community leadership roles, she serves as Chair of Hackney Central Ward, leading local projects, supporting food banks, and creating opportunities for young people through social mobility initiatives. She also serves as a school governor, advocating for better educational outcomes for working-class children, and is an ambassador for The King’s Trust and Dress for Success, mentoring young women into entrepreneurship and employment.​

Throughout her career, Tskenya-Sarah has been recognised for her creativity and leadership, including winning the Young Artist of the Year Award with Schroders and the Thinking Creativity Award from King’s College London for her work in fiction writing.​

​

Whether through DEI initiatives, community work, storytelling, or policy influence, Tskenya-Sarah Frazer is focused on making change happen from the ground up. She is a clear and consistent voice for social mobility, representation, and equity.
